Privacy Policy

This website/app is a self-hosted personal AI assistant built with n8n. It is used privately by the owner and a small group of trusted community members. It is non-commercial (not advertised, sold, or publicly shared).

GDPR

For this self-hosted setup, the owner operates the system and is responsible for personal data processing. n8n (the software vendor) does not host or manage your data in this configuration.

Your rights

If you are a user of this app, you can request:

• Access to the personal data processed about you,
• Rectification of inaccurate data,
• Erasure of your personal data (where applicable),
• Restriction or objection to processing, and
• Data portability (where technically feasible).

What data the app accesses

• Google Drive files and metadata that users explicitly create, select, or place in monitored folders (e.g., file/folder IDs, timestamps, status).
• Automation metadata necessary to run workflows (e.g., run status, node/resource/operation configurations).

How data is used

Data is used only to perform user-requested automations (for example: organizing files, generating summaries, moving or updating documents). No unrelated processing occurs.

AI features

If AI features are used, only the minimum necessary context about the active workflow or document is sent to the AI service to fulfill a request. Credential values and full output data are not sent. Submitted context is not used to train provider models and is deleted by providers on their schedules. The owner does not use this data for advertising or profiling.

Telemetry

n8n may collect anonymous, self-hosted diagnostics (e.g., error codes, node/resource/operation types, execution status) to improve reliability. Sensitive payloads and credential values are not collected. Telemetry can be disabled by the server administrator via environment variables (e.g., N8N_DIAGNOSTICS_ENABLED=false).

Data sharing

• No user data is sold or used for advertising.
• Data is not shared with third parties except essential infrastructure/service providers selected by the owner (e.g., hosting).

Sub-processors (infrastructure)

For self-hosting, the owner may use a hosting provider to run the server. If used, that provider processes data strictly to deliver hosting. Current provider: None / to be filled by the owner.

Security, retention, and deletion

• OAuth tokens and minimal metadata are stored securely on the owner’s server; access can be revoked anytime from your Google Account.
• Only documents created or explicitly selected for processing are retained; users can delete generated files in Google Drive at any time.
• Server logs and execution data are pruned on a schedule set by the owner (e.g., via EXECUTIONS_DATA_MAX_AGE).
